The occupancy tax was introduced in South Tyrol from 2014 onward. The occupancy Tax is expected to be 0,85 € per person and night and is not included in the prices mentioned on this page

• Rates are per night, for 2 people or 4 people in the apartment Burgundy, for a stay of 7 nights.

• The prices quoted are inclusive of cleaning and ancillary charges, plus occupancy tax

• For each further person in the vacation homes 3,00€ - 10,00€

• When desired we offer also at vacation homes breakfast in our farmer room (with house-made jams and apple juice).

• The prices apply starting from a stay of 1 week inclusive final purification and all supplementary taxes

• Towels, table-ware cloths and bedlinen are included in the price

From 2011 we do not offer double rooms anymore. Instead we have a new flat on the first floor.
